Lydia is a destination wedding cinematographer and artist who has always been drawn to the power of creating art. Her passion lies in capturing light and true moments, evoking a sense of nostalgia for her clients. Lydia finds inspiration in the morning light, the beauty of nature, and the impressionist movement's use of color and light.

When she's not filming weddings or globe trotting, Lydia enjoys watching classic films such as Pride & Prejudice and immersing herself in the romance of 19th-century England. Keeping up to date in the world of high fashion and planning her next travel experience. Lydia's goal is to create an original film that celebrates her clients' and brings them joy every
time they watch it.

Josh discovered his love for art during a trip to Seattle, where he visited Chihuly Garden and Glass. He has an uncanny ability to predict the plot of any movie, making him a valuable addition on wedding day - always having a sense for what will happen next. Josh's passion lies in producing an artful sound design - a key element to enhance the overall wedding film.

With his free time, Josh enjoys getting unplugged and experiencing nature. He loves traveling with his wife Lydia and is inspired by the people he meets along the way. With an innate ability to read a room, Josh is able to capture the spirit of any wedding and create a film that reveals the couple's distinctive character and natural communion.

Lydia & Josh commenced their career as cinematographers 2017. After initially prioritizing corporations, they discovered their passion for wedding cinematography in the summer of 2018. It was love at first wedding. Making moments last forever is were they found their calling 

Lydia & Josh have expertly captured weddings both national and international, from the heavenly coastal town of Old Lyme, Connecticut to a magnificent 18th-century Château near Paris and the lush vineyards of southern Michigan. Their work has been recognized in Style Me Pretty & Magnolia Rouge. They currently reside in the U.S. - based in Chicago and Detroit. - and Always have their bags packed to fly to your destination wedding.
